Think Kindness with Brian Williams

Kindness is a pivotal component to every relationship. As educator and parents we inspire to teach our young people to be great students and great people. Teaching kindness to others is inlaid into all parts of student improvement. Greenfield School is excited to host motivational speaker, Brian Williams, as he inspires our students to joins his Kindness initiative. Mr. Williams' goal is to promote youth to make a difference in their community. I have included Mr. Williams' mission for his Think Kindness initiative below:

"...Brian is on a mission to inspire crowds of Kindness Ninjas in schools across the country to ban together in solidarity to make a massive difference in the world. His infectious energy and positivity has earned him national media exposure on MTV, USA Today, & MSNBC. He has spoken to over 250,000 students across the country, collected over 300,000 pairs of shoes for needy children and families around the world, produced 2 award-winning humanitarian documentaries and has traveled to Kenya 9-times to carry out Global Acts of Kindness.

Brian’s passion in life is to inspire youth, that every single person has the ability to make a difference in someone’s life. No matter how rich, poor, or dysfunctional your world may be. . . everyone has the ability to impact someone’s life in a positive way.

He is a person of action. He thrives on not being a speaker that takes the stage and talks for an hour and leaves. Rather, he aims to create movements of Kindness within each school he visits. He challenges each school to a massive 15 Days of Kindness challenge, school versus school, seeing who can make the biggest difference in the world. . . in just 15 days. Schools have noticed a decrease in bully related incidences after taking on Brian’s 15 Days of Kindness challenge."

Greenfield joins Dutton/Brady, Fairfield, Augusta, Belt, and Cascade schools in welcoming Mr. Williams to Montana. We are thrilled to have the opportunity to host this event on Friday, December 16. The elementary assembly will begin at 1 pm with the 5th through 8th grade beginning at 2 pm.

We also want to thank Sun River Electric for sponsoring the event and assisting us in covering the cost of hosting Mr. Williams for this amazing event.
